It was such a pleasure to work
with Karen. I expected to toss out some of my furnishings;
however, she managed to work them in very nicely. One of my
friends complimented her work by saying, " Shirley's home is
beautiful but it's not overdone; everything works together
beautifully." I will call on Karen from time to time for
future designing issues. She was wonderful!

I have been working with Karen on my remodel for a few
weeks. I did not want a decorator to come tell me what to
do. I wanted my house to be my style. Karen took my
belongings and made my new house feel like a home. I never
dreamed my things could look so good. Karen also had the
ability of helping me get some accent pieces after working
with me on my style and taste. The joke in the High House is
as long as I tell my husband it was Karen's idea he loves
it. That is how thrilled he was with her work. Thanks for

Karen was so easy to work with and it was so nice to have a
fresh pair of eyes sort through the chaos left by the
movers. Within a few hours after the movers departed our new
home was taking shape…pictures were on the walls and family
treasures looked like they had been in place for years…not
hours!! Thanks to Karen, settling in could not have been
easier!

Moving into a new home two
weeks before Christmas last year was nearly my undoing!
Fortunately I had seen Karen’s ad and arranged for her to
come shortly after the movers left to make some order out of
chaos! Since we still hadn’t unpacked all the boxes, she
literally helped us move them to one side and in a short
time she had the living area completely arranged with
pictures on the wall! From the minute she walked in, her
calm assurance was as helpful as her ideas. She is wonderful
to work with and we were so pleased with her help and
guidance that we made a second appointment for her to come
back to help with other rooms. She not only has strong
design abilities, but is practical as well – bringing in her
hammer and ladder to hang mirrors and pictures right away.
I was so pleased with her help that I plan to have her come
back to help me at Christmas this year. I look forward to
her imaginative eye going over many years’ collections of
decorations and pulling everything together yet again!
