Real Estate Staging
is a two-step process that
begins with a checklist evaluation of the home starting at
the curb and moving all the way through to the back yard. At
the end of the assessment, the homeowner is provided with a
list of suggestions to help prepare the home for sale. The
stager can then help the homeowner with the to-do list. The
second step is to actually do a modified redesign to show
your home in its best light. This step helps neutralizes
the rooms and make them more appealing to the potential
buyer.
