 Karen Hendrix has been working
in the interior design field for over 15 years. She began as
a young teen by re-decorating her room and family home on a
regular basis. After graduating from the University of
Georgia with a degree in Interior Design, she has worked in
Charleston, SC, Hilton Head, SC, her native Atlanta, GA and
upstate New York in a variety of firms that specialized in
lighting design, fine bedding, furniture, space planning and
window treatment design and installation.
As an avid do-it-yourselfer,
Karen has always wanted to help people decorate their home
without spending a lot of money. This led to her discovering
the Interior Redesign Industry Specialists
(I.R.I.S) and receiving
her certification in redesign.
She practices
redesign as well as traditional interior design services
such as designing window treatments, personal shopping for
flooring, furniture and accessories, real estate staging and
move -in decorating.
Karen Hendrix has spent her
professional life learning and practicing the Art of
